i bough the 30th anniversary DLC but cant unlock Gjallarhorn
@support please help
i purchased the 30th anniversary DLC yesterday (on my 2nd account) but i'm blocked in obtaining the advertised weapon - gjalahorn
in the DLC description there was no mention the weapon would be locked behind a non matchmakable activity , thus making it impossible to obtain the item for me, this shouldve been explicitly stated on the DLC description so people are aware before buying
i'm not asking for a refund here none the less, i just need the quest step to be checked on my profile so i can proceed unlocking the advertised item (the only reason for the purchase in my case)
Please let me know if this can be done and where i can open a offocial ticket to get the blocking quest step skipped. Thanks

1 ReplyBungie will not bypass the quest for you. You will have to complete the dungeon if you want Gjallarhorn. Additionally, dungeons are not matchmade activities because they do not require a team to complete. Every dungeon in the game can be completed solo.
