Before void 3.0, it gave a bonus 25% damage on top of improving the grenade functionality.
Now, it just improves grenade functionality, no damage buff. In addition, it only has one fragment slot, suggesting it’s super powerful.
Now look at the new Touch of Flame on Solar 3.0 dawnblade. It has two fragment slots, and just straight up gives more to grenades, with 2/4 getting more damage. You don’t even need to charge these nades either.
Idk what the goal here is, but the difference of power level is staggering. All I can say is that void warlock feels pretty awful in stuff like GMs now.

Thats taking it in isolation How much more ways do voidlocks have to capitalize off of those grenades? A single kill gives volatile rounds with that fragment on, which means an entire room is going to die. Consider how these things work within the rest of their own kit, rather than how they compare to things in completely different kits.
