Seriously, are they there? Do they speak to the community? This product is in bad shape but the employees not actually out talking about it does not give me confidence in this property for the future.
Anyone else notice this?

Then they speak about something community might not like they always getting a lot of hate. For example Twilight Garrison situation, then one dev said, that it's not going to be brought back and people got so mad and started harassing him. Or community managers talked with people on forums and people out there are so angry and dumb, so CM's decided to never communicate on forums

Given the hostility of the community, would you? Even if they did, how much of anything they say could be heard over the roar of complaining?
