I don't know what else to do so I'm following my friends' suggestion. I was playing RDR2 single player and using a cheat menu to mess around, which was from an external program. When I decided to switch to Destiny 2, I forgot to close this external program, so I was flagged for cheating. I understand I was stupid for forgetting to close the program, honest mistake. Yet after 4 support appeals, Bungie refuses to restore my account and claims I am ineligible for appeal. My question is why am I ineligible after I have already explained and sent enough evidence to prove I was not cheating and the program did not interfere with Destiny in anyway. I have never cheated in any multiplayer game and have no interest in doing so, I simply want to continue playing Destiny 2 and get my moneys worth after spending so much on this game. I hope somebody at Bungie sees this because I wish to receive an answer from an actual person and not some stock email.
