What's happening: Attempting to start a warlock character (already have titan as main) on the "A Guardian Rises" quest the first part is to talk to Amanda Holliday yet when I do she has nothing to say. I've remade the character, I've restarted the quest nothing helps. It's supposed to let me buy a ship, and then move on and let me meet the rest of the tower. It does not. I've found forums from this happening over 3 years ago with solutions that do not work. I beg. Nothing I've tried has fixed this. I just want to play the game.
