People like you have appealed with the I've been hacked and Bungie has replied before stating that they won't be unbanned and if you're wondering why it's because how can they prove it was someone who hacked your account who cheated? What if you asked them to or what if it was just you? Nobody can prove that especially when it's so easy to make fake evidence now a days.
