There does need to be protection from players quickly leaving and coming back to get ammo, but they really should address this as often I have joined games in progress and there is no safe spawn due to the enemy players searching all over the map for our team.

I don’t think there’s much concern for players quitting and then managing to rejoin the same match just to get 2 rounds of special ammo.

Thats the only reason I could see why they wouldn't allow it out of the gate, and honestly the lengths I have seen some go to so that they could get an edge on another team is not surprising.

Honestly, I just think it was an oversight with the new special changes.
