Frenzy is just MoA but better in every way? Frenzy activates when gun is stowed, gives same damage buff, gives 100 Handling, gives 100 Reload Speed, AND lasts longer than Master of Arms? Bungie why even include this perk if you are just gonna make it less than useless? MoA needs to be buffed HARD to be viable.
MoA is a PvP perk. It’s a more flexible version of harmony.

 • It's worth noting though that thanks to the special reworks, it's going to have less up time and more risk because less special = fewer chances of OHK = you'll have to use it or another primary more often, leaving you in worse condition than before on top of (if using Recluse as main weapon) shorter duration because who would even think of starting the next fight missing 2/3 of their mag and 1/2 their hp/ shields after like a 2-3 second reload without reloader perks? Yes, it's more flexible than Harmony, but Harmony is literally a slightly stronger pre-nerf MOA (the 20% version that no one complained about), just missing half it's functionality. At that point, if you're going to use an SMG as a main weapon like the current sandbox is encouraging for all primary weapons, it would make more sense to use any SMG with Adagio or Kill Clip. And if a secondary as they kind of wanted from the start with Recluse, Harmony or Cascade Point. Most other smgs would be easier to control too even without perks like Dynamic Sway Reduction. Just my opinion.

The buff suggested many most people is just increasing damage, but that just invalidates harmony. Instead I would propose it being a marriage between harmony and bait n switch. The buff would increase based on the number of kills with a different weapon. MoA 1x is active when you get one weapon kill. 2x when you get a kill with two different equipped weapons and 3x when you get a kill with all three of your equipped weapons. This buff would keep it weaker than harmony on its initial activation at 1x, but allow it to do more damage when you get to 2x and 3x. Making it a strong perk without invalidating other options is the goal.

 • I suggested something similar. Adjust the buffs based on what you get the kill with and allow it to stack up to 30%. Heavy is 6% Special is 15% Primary is 20%

Heavy is 6% Special is 15% Primary is 20%
I see where you’re going with that, but I see some possible issues. I feel that could be problematic in PvE with you just using the recluse to get two kills and max out the buff, which would be much like a better version of rampage. I would push the total buff % higher and require a kill with all 3 weapon types to max it out. The total could be on par with OFA or even surrounded if it requires you to use all 3 equipped weapons. While the perk would be very strong, depending on the activity you are in and the other weapons in your loadout, you would still have a reason to choose other perks.
