In order to change active accounts you will have to disable cross save after the 90 day silver cooldown and then reactivate after the additional 90 day deactivation cool down. There is no way around the mandatory cool downs.

They are from year one, so they have nothing and the psn account has none of the dlc

the expansions would be available aon the platform you purchased them on. Seasonal passes are bound to the characters
