Not too shabby, though it's offset by the donut. How many flights of stairs?

Is it literally offset or are you joking? I've heard you can't out-exercise a bad diet, which I think is true. As for stairs, yeah I didn't climb any flights of stairs. A few steps, but not enough to count as a flight!

I was joking. But there is a truism that the fitness & weight loss battles are won (and lost) in the kitchen. My step count today is an outlier, I'm normally in the 10 -12K range, but sometimes my flights are doubled or tripled (I live in east TN, not much flat in Appalachia). FWIW, I think old Aifos walks more than both of us put together.
