They (Bungie) clarified earlier that only the Final Shape is required to fully unlock Prismatic.

Speaking of which, did they say anything about needing to complete the campaign to fully unlock it like they did with Stasis and Strand? I don't mind either way, since one thing I liked about Lightfall is that the campaign gave you sufficient time to get accustomed to Strand's playstyle, but I'm just curious about it.

Edited by DataButcher: 4/27/2024 3:37:51 PMYou will unlock Prismatic during the first mission of FS (Bungie have confirmed) & you will unlock more options through playing the story, discovering them in the Pale Heart etc. How much this will persist past the main story hasn’t been stated or not. I would assume it may extend beyond the campaign respective Prismatic upgrades.

Given how close the raid is to release would not be surprised if this unlocked more and/or if this alters the Pale Heart, a bit like Last Wish did for Dreaming City, making different things available.

Makes sense, since unlocking associated abilities, grenades, etc. will be account-wide rather than just on that one character. I still haven't gotten all the Strand aspects on all of my characters. I think the Titan's the only one lacking.
