Buying silver only takes you out of a negative standing. Doesn't fix cross save to return characters.

Once buying it, It shows my Xbox characters but not my steam or PsN ones anymore, which I don't care for. Just the xbox ones. So IDK what could be the cause or a fix. Their still there, just not going to steam.

The error it resolved was your negative balance blocking any changes to Cross Save. Purchasing Silver and deactivating Cross Save still result in a mandatory 90 day cooldown that prevents deactivating/activating Cross Save, which is required to make changes to your Cross Save configuration. Bungie will not shorten or cancel the cooldown, or forcibly unlink or deactivate Cross Save for security reasons.

So a refund I didn't make put me in the negative, which in turn made my Xbox account not have the ability to transfer to my steam even though it was linked and made main when Cross Saving PSN when it came out. So I have to wait 89 Days to get my stuff back because of a Silver error on their end? That makes no sense whatsoever and is laughable on how crappy the system is, truly.

Whether or not Silver was refunded is between you and Microsoft, no one else.

Yeah I know. That was never in question, and a did not happen but Bungie says it did. Again don't care. Bought the silver but happy to know I'll have to wait 89 days. Thanks for the little help you gave.
