Le Monarque doesn't receive benefits from the Unstoppable artifact perk since it already has intrinsic Overload.

yes that's my point I know it doesnt receive the unstop and nor should it but it should still receive the +25% overcharge bonus because the artifact states that all bows will receive overcharge bonus when that modifier is active
