Bungie, pls penalize ppl for leaving in onslaught like you do in comp because they mess up our chances at loot and puts us at a disadvantage because we can get overwhelmed by ads very quickly in higher rounds. I've joined games and as soon as I load in the game is already over then I have to go back into orbit to find another game. It's happened twice in a row once before. Pls make them wait a certain amount of time before they can join another game of they leave at a certain round. It's not fair. I get that it's a farming method however it shouldn't cost other ppl losing out on potentially great loot.

Onslaught needs a selectable run option—10x / 20x / 50x… 👈 Problem solved! ✅ Ease springs! 🫡

Having to wait half an hour probably wouldn't make people stop leaving. The rewards at the higher levels might have to be buffed, again.

It's a casual pve activity with a hour run time. Leaving penalties won't stop anything, even if they would add them, which is very unlikely.

Edited by IcyHorizons: 5/1/2024 1:37:07 PMThe loot is hardly that great. Getting the same weapon over and over with absolutely garbage rolls, and having a "increased" chance at getting the weapon I actually want, even with garbage rolls, isn't worth complaining about teammates leaving. To be honest, you'd be better off joining people actually looking to go all the way anyway, rather than relying on the matchmaking. I've run into several instances where my teammates don't realize that you can repair the ADU with the batteries, and throwing batteries into the ADU, even at full health, gives EVERYONE scraps to use to upgrade defenses.

Spineless chickens looking for an easy ride. Anyone who quits a co op event, whether it be trials, comp, nightfalls, whatever, should be perma banned from any matchmade mode, and be banished to play solo for good. It's blatently obvious they are not team players anyway 🤷♂️

Doesn't take long to figure out that a team can't make it to wave 50. Just leave and save the headache.
