Completed whisper 3 quest, not in quest screen anymore, go to upgrade the weapon now and can add it says not unloxkes

Just to be totally clear, the 'Whispers of the Taken' quests for destroying Blights are for the perks in the third column: Field Prep, No Distractions, and Enlightened Action. The 'White Nail' instrinsic upgrades do not come from a quest, they are earned by shooting Oracles in the activity.
