Oracle 7 in “The Whisper” not appearing
I know the 7th oracle only shows up after you have the other 6, but I have the other 6 and it is not showing up. I also do not have all of the “white nail” perks. I never got to shoot oracle 1, and yet it says I have shot it. I am soft locked into getting the triumph done, and am missing out on the last white nail upgrade perk :(
