Think I got an odd bug when I went to the kiosk to for picking up abandon quests I found I had the glowing solstice quest there despite solstice having long since ended I picked it up and sure enough it went to my quest tab not sure what caused this tho. Tried abandoning it again and it just went back to the kiosk.
