I had a fever dream; imagine this, right. Menagerie comes back, overhaul to the rune system, inputting a specific rune allows you to get loot from content not accessible in the game (old raids (side note, these raid weapons could be solved in pantheon), seasonal activities, etc.). Each room gives loot, legend gives double (matchmade maybe?); otherwise just a massive loot haul at the end. I think this would be a great way to give the players another way to farm old loot and bring a loved game mode back. have someone like the Shadow sweeper bot host the game mode. I think it'd end up like a Dares of Eternity/Onslaught crossover. Sounds legit awesome too me, and i don't mind bungie stealing the fudge out of this idea.
