Hey, I jumpstarted a new clan with two of my friends a while ago as we wanted to create a place where people could help each other at their own leisure as most of us work full time, myself included, so there's no pressure to meet activity requirements. We're vastly experienced PvE players having completed all raids/dungeons/GMs and even previous day 1 raids. There are several sherpas in the clan even though it is a smaller clan, which is honestly better as you'll be able to get involved with them quicker. We're a mix of UK/US and make use of discord (joining it is the only real requirement for the clan) to organise the events we run, and just talk in general.
