I called Microsoft/Xbox customer service and was told this is a Bungie issue. When I use Bungie Game Chat I can be heard by everyone else however, I can't hear any of them. Whether they are friends or Randos from the Xbox LFG, Game Chat isn't working as it should. With the new, in game, LFG system allowing us to play with guardians playing on other platforms, Game Chat is now necessary. Party Chat continues to function but many Destiny games are now being played cross platform. How do I solve this problem? I've read the help pages but haven't found a solution. Is it something simple I'm overlooking?
