Cycling shorts. Embarrassing or beautiful?
Been a while, but I wasn’t about to make an “I’m back” post.
My father is an avid cyclist and I always found it very embarrassing when he would turn up to parents evening and the sort in cycling shorts and a t-shirt.
Any opinions?

Beautiful whilst cycling but not for leisure wear. Running shorts have a similar issue.

2 RepliesIt's kind of a terrible story but when I worked at the local coffee house, we'd get [b]a lot[/b] of cyclists coming in during the summer since we were located near the C&O Canal and my friend and I would joke about how they looked like wannabe superheroes with their tight colorful outfits and ridiculous helmets. I won't begin to discuss the aromatic emanations and mud they tended to bring in with them.

They're not meant for social engagements at all. IMO that's just trying to make a scene or garner attention.
