The Pantheon weapons you can claim under the Godslayer seal/title and the Pantheon triumph page are glitched; When claimed, they give unequipped perks and only one in each perk column instead of two for each column as adept weapons normally have. I've seen YouTubers report this and can confirm it for myself after claiming my Smite of Merain, it has only one unequipped perk per column and no double perks.
