We ran Caretaker three times, achieving a two-floor and platinum time all three times. The first time after the high score triumph didn't complete, we made sure to be careful, ensuring we hit the 500k threshold the 2nd and 3rd time, but still no progress was awarded on the triumph for some of us. Really demoralizing, others in the fireteam had it count for them.
