FETTERED GHOST SHELL NOT IN COLLECTIONS

I bought the Fettered Ghost Shell when it came out and now I can't even find it in collections. Is it true that if you dismantle and Eververse bought item its not possible to reacquire it? Can someone please help me? PLS HELP
