Lost my final shape pre order on xbox?
I had I had pre-ordered the final shape just after the reveal and had had it bought for a very long time. I have a tessellation and the sparrow But when I went to go check if I still had it pre-ordered, It showed that I didn’t own it. This is proved by the fact, I cannot claim the pyramid ship. Love any help.

When TFS as delayed, platforms cancelled preorders. You need to preorder it again, you shouldn't have been charged as MS wait until 7-10 days before the product launches to charge people unless you're paying by account balance/gift card. If you were charged but weren't refunded you need to speak to MS/Xbox about it.
