So I've had my pc with windows 10 for about 2 years, but I got the graphics card (3060ti) about a year ago. All this time, I was playing D2 at 1440p at a steady 165 fps. It never dropped below like 150 fps for the last year.
2 days ago I upgraded to windows 11 (I wish I hadn't) and now it struggles to stay between 60-70 fps.
I've lowered the resolution to 1080p, I've lowered the quality, I've changed the windows power plan to high performance... I've done about all I can think of just to see if it changes anything but even with all that, it stays between 65-70 fps.
Any idea why widows 11 is killing half my frames?

Hi there, Thanks for reporting. The issue seems to be the windows video settings or adjustments of the games video settings.
