Hi. I just came back from playing D2 again after a couple of years and my stuff inside the vault and character inventory from previous seasons dating back from around S8-s9 up until 2 years ago now are gone. Is there a wipe that happened while I was gone? and How do I get everything back?

You played it for a small amount of time in Season of the Haunted (S14, May 2022 - Aug 2022) and nothing else apart from recently. There has been no player info wipe, either for inactivity or any other reason. If you played during older seasons, and earned items that you no longer see, it was not on this account.
