Pre Ordered Final Shape still have not received pyramid ship
I pre ordered THF when it was first available and received Tessellation and the ghost shell. On my Xbox it still shows I have THF and the annual pass installed. I never received and refund of cancellation. I’ve checked the special delivery kiosk as well and still have not received the pyramid ship. Is there anything else I need to do?

1 ReplyIf you're checking addons, that doesn't mean you still have it. Delete the addons -> go to the Xbox store and see if it tells you to preorder again. If it does your preorder was cancelled. Depending on how you paid, theres a high chance you weren't actually charged. If you were however charged you need to contact Xbox support as they're the ones that are handling preorders/licenses on Xbox, not Bungie.
