Outbreak perfected not crafting

I have completed Zero hour on normal got outbreak and crafted it then completed switches 1 and 2 and completed Zero hour on legend went and talked to ada and got both the intrinsics, but when i take it to craft it, it says requires the intrinsics still???? help??   • Not sure if this got answered but I went back a crafted a new Outbreak and suddenly all perks that were missing showed up. Try that.

  • I had the same problem today. It's very confusing and the guides are quite confusing. I literally just finished running a full legend and then normal 3 times to the puzzle room before the boss. First, i'm not sure, but i think, you might have just not completed everything. This is how unlocked everything but Headseeker and the final row that has fitted stock in it. I did just what you did the two timed switch hits and finished on legend. Then loaded normal, i grabbed those three keycards or whatever they are called on the shelves after the first encounter. Now keep in mind i think you're basically doing week one and week two puzzles here that's why there's a bunch of stuff. I just did it all in one normal run cause you have a long time. 2) in the tower court yard, kill the ads and then start the shootiing puzzle. i did the puzzle, activated at the panel and shot the three symbols til i got the "sequence accepted" text. 3) where you drop down by the ship hanger, I did the second shooting puzzle. Activate at the wall, then shoot the three symbols. "Sequence accepted." 4) -Then after you pass the floor is lava part there are two switch puzzles. I just followed a guide i found online. for week 1 switches i used this guide and just activated exactly what this guy activated. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=snxBGHibSRU -for the week two part of the puzzle in the same area i just did what they do here https://youtu.be/QkgmJ4kQfxQ?t=210 You'll have to look up a guide on the shooting parts but they are not hard at all. They both might be in the guides linked i don't know. But just look for zero hour intrinsic week 1 or week 2 guides. Also you don't have to finish the mission. The ship schematics and other intrinsics unlock and drop in game before the boss fight and you can just back out. When you go back to the enclave you should be able to craft with any perk accept headseeker and the final row. I think those unlock next week at reset with a new puzzle. Hope i helped explain it.
