Can't get through investigate prismatic conflux
I managed to get prismatic one of my characters. Trying to do the transmigration mission on another and I cannot get past the "Investigate the Prismatic Conflux" part... there is no option for me to investigate/activate prismatic. How do I get past this???

9 RepliesHello, Thanks for reaching out! We are actively looking into this issue. As a potential workaround in the meantime, you may be able to proceed by replaying the mission as a solo player. This hasn't worked for everyone but rest assured that we're investigating a direct solution in the meantime.
