Scammed out on Bungie Store

Hey guys, I bought the TFS soundtrack on bungie store on tuesday, about 11:30 am PST and I was expected to receive 3 emblem codes, for the Bestowed & Bowed, Negative Harmony and Guardiam Glam emblems. I received the link to download the soundtrack, and the Bestowed & Bowed and Negative Harmony codes, but I didn't receive the Guardiam Glam emblem code. I tried contacting the bungie store custumer service by email and only received auto messages. How can I proceed? Do you have any advices to what I can do? Ive been trying to contact them since tuesday, I waited the recommended 48h to see if it popped out in my email, and there's nothing. I checkd the spam and junk folder and there's nothing there as well.
