Incorrect cross-platform data overwrite resulting in loss of silver and purchased dungeon keys
First, Steam and Epic did not enable cross-platform save. Then I bought silver coins on the Epic platform, and also bought two dungeon keys on the Epic platform. After that, the Steam platform was my main account, and the dungeon keys were not synchronized. I found that the character data was not synchronized, and then I selected the Steam platform as the main platform for character data. Then the silver coins and purchased dungeon keys were overwritten. What should I do now?
