I'm just messing around in forge, wondering around the maps and I'm getting overwhelmed with nostalgia. I've never had a game impact me the way Halo 3 did. I'm actually getting a little emotional over it. There's so many awesome memories. It sucks that 2007 was so long ago. I'm thinking about all the buddies I used to play with. I didn't keep in touch with most of them. Others just parted ways. Custom games were awesome, BTB was awesome, the community events were awesome, the community itself was awesome. Imo, this was Bungie at its peak. I really wish I could get a full Halo 3 lobby going, but it's becoming harder and harder to do these days. There's the custom game browser, but it's not the same. Nobody has mics.
