Hello, Posting this here because it looks like Bungie is not monitoring the "Companion" forum section anymore. So, in the past weeks it has become increasingly more difficult to acquire bounties in the Destiny 2 Companion App. Week after week it was worse and worse It was basically a dice roll. Maybe you could claim some, maybe not. Ever since the Tuesday's maintenance (September 3rd), it's now not possible to claim bounties anymore. The feature is completely broken. The circle on bounty you want to claim just turns and turns and nothing happens. If you try it too many times, you will get "Failed to initiate request" message. No push notifications come about giving permission to claim bounties. No other error messages come up. So it seems like the app bounty claim requests are being ignored or not even going through. You can clear the app cache, you can reinstall the app, you can try other phone, you can restart your router, none of those will help, the issue is on Bungie's side. Claiming bounties on the app has become an important and integral part of the full Destiny 2 experience. Don't let it break. Bungie, please fix it.
