I had too many bounties when picking up this quest, didn't see that the quest I was missing (Tonic Brewing Guide) went to the postmaster. I tried abandoning the Act 1 quest, looked in the quest archive and it wasn't there. went to postmaster, picked up the tonic quest, tried interacting with the reagent while I didn't have the Act 1 quest. Figured out Eido had the abandoned quest but now I'm locked out of gathering the reagent or interacting the walker machine. Can't abandon the tonic brewing guide, can't progress either.
