I gifted someone the Light & Darkness Collection Bundle, but he's unable to access almost all of the content from it, as though he's a free-to-play player. He can't play Competitive, seasonal content, dungeons, etc., even though the bundle is supposed to give him access to all of the above. When I try to launch something from Forsaken, for example, it says that he doesn't have it, but he should because it's included in Light & Darkness. This is really frustrating, as I thought I'd be able to simply gift him the game and we could play together, but we're heavily limited on activities. Does anyone know what the problem is?
