Reclaimed Vitality Not Dropping from Defeating Combatants
I can't get Reclaimed Vitality from defeating combatants; this coincided with my finishing the ACT I Key Fieldwork, but I am not sure if that is related. It could also be related to reaching the 1000 cap of Reclaimed Vitality (still not dropping even after I spent some). This persists on all characters.
