Icebreaker catalyst not dropping
The Icebreaker catalyst will not drop from the chest after completing the final code. Although in my patterns/catalyst menu it shows that I have completed it. Not sure what to do because I've tried to get it from the chest a few times now. Is there a fix for this? Is it possible that this problem arises from completing the dungeon with a fire team member that did this prior to me having Icebreaker? Please post solution as soon as possible. Or is there a way to get around this?

Hi there, Thanks for your report. As WinterSolstice mentioned, the team is aware of this issue affecting the Icebreaker Catalyst, and is already looking into it.
