Merging accounts
Is it possible to merge 2 bungie accounts and the gear on them? I got locked out of one a while back so made a new one - but figured out the password recently but each account is missing loads of stuff that is now unattainable

As db3343 mentioned, save data merging is not an option or service provided for Destiny 2. Cross-Save will allow you to play one account on multiple platforms, but the data is not combined together; only the active save data will remain available, so it cannot be used to do what you want, either.
