Audio drops out
On ps4 during game play certain audio drops out with only a few remaining audio cues remaining. The majority of the audio is gone and hard to play. The only audio that remains is if you aquire something or are damaged almost to the point of death.

We know the issue pls give us money so we can hire fanboys to fix it

For me it started small with audio missing from the intro to Gambit but last week it was a full strike which made me think my sound system was busted until I picked something up And then picking stuff up was the only audio for the rest of the strike.

I thought my head set had died in the middle of a trials match. Really threw me off.

happened to me today for the first time. on xbox series x. loaded into onslaught salvation. and absolutely no sound. tried to play but just couldn't do it. don't even know if i made it one round. couldn't hear where the enemies were dropping in from. couldn't hear that enemies were attacking the bank. you don't realize all the audio cues you use until everythings quiet. shooting the guns with no sound is just weird. went to orbit and immediately got sound back. hasn't happened again.

On my end, ps4 it happens 2 out of 5 crucible matches completely muted matches.

Yes, it is happening a lot. Did an entire raid yesterday with no audio. It happened in Trials today. WTH is going on?

PS4: for me it only happens when I am in a menu while loading into a location. So I do what I need to, before I start flying.

Yep. When it happens the loading screen is black and interrupted. It’s only happened to me in a Nightfall and the Tower so far.

Thanks for posting this. I’ve had that as well. Xbox. I read one other post about that. So it seems to happen to some people but I don’t think Bungie is aware of it. And yes, hard to play aka unplayable.
