I already have all the exotics and gear that I want. I just need a way to down-convert with Rahool, all these exotic ciphers and golfballs that I've hit max on. I have no way to claim the vendor awards without spending them, and it's a chore to be forced to spend prisms just so I can eventually spend them on golfballs, or to use them up needlessly on gear I don't want. Just give me a quick down-conversion option from golfball and cipher into enhancement cores or whatever, even if the down-conversion currency trade off is terrible (because all the current down-conversion hacks like upgrading gear just to spend it, give terrible conversion when broken down anyway).
