Cross play unlink failed
I used to have a Microsoft account link to my Bungie… but that account I don’t have access anymore, and I want to link another Microsoft account so I can play cross play. But right now I cannot unlink my recent account. Anyone can help with that? I do not see any customer service email or phone at all.

Hi there! In order to remove any account from any profile or to modify Cross Save, you must be able to authenticate all accounts. Bungie cannot remove any account from any profile for any reason, as this would be considered unauthorized. If you forgot the login information to that account, please contact Microsoft Support for further assistance in retrieving the account information for that account.
