Tome of Want quest step not progressing
Been trying to get this Tome of want a primer done and it's not progressing....help please

I’m also having issues with my Tome of Want: A Primer quest step. I’m stuck on 4/5. The ritual rewards won’t proc. I’ve completed the exotic time of want 10-12 times, 3-4 on each character and it still says I need to get my ritual rewards.

1 ReplyJust don't play until near the end of act 3 bungie should have atleast 90% of the bugs fixed by then ,especially since there is no crafting seasonal weapons what have you got to lose? Might teach them a lesson aswel to release working content if all players took this approach

1 ReplyTry reading the quest. It asks for a legendary scripture. And just to cover bases. The first column dictate what drops, episodic weapons, world weapons, resources, armor etc And the second column specifies it. E.g auto rifle, machine guns. Active charges is how many times the "ritual" can be completed giving rewards. Next step will ask for a exotic scripture, then it's gonna ask for rewards which is just completing the rituals.

Yeah, I'm stuck on 4/5 (some others are stuck on 3/5 instead). When you complete the ritual, you get the reward but the flag on the quest doesn't clear - it still says you've started the ritual even if all of the rune slots are clear

Thats very frustrating.

I did the whole crumbling legendary scripture thing and completed the tome 3-4 times, and still nothing. Ran the solo nether on 2 characters a few times each today and its still not advancing. Its getting old.

Im stuck on step 4/5. ive used the exotic scripture multiple times (at least 6), and made sure to vary the given reward. It still will not count toward the second part of the step 'Ritual rewards 0/1' Im honestly so confused as to why this isn't working.

1 ReplyYou put in a crumbling legendary scripture. Then activate it in you third slot. Do this before each of the three activities you complete.

I have now wasted over 2 dozen essences and the blues and purples. well after repeating the step a few more times it finally gave me credit for the ritual and am at step 2
