Dyadic Ascension quest hard locked on Step 1
After picking up the quest in The Nether, me and my 3 people fireteam headed to Moon Lost Sector.
We entered and got the blight right away.
We progressed a bit until a collectable appeared.
But only 1 person managed to pick up the item to progress the quest - it disappeared too quickly.
Now we have entered the Moon Lost Sector over 100 times combined, and none of us got the blight.
The quest is hard stuck for us and we cannot progress.

Hi there, Thanks for your report. I'm sorry to have to ask given the effort you've put into running this particular Lost Sector already, but could you please try to capture a video of the issue? Once you have one, you can upload it to a public video hosting site like YouTube, and we'll be sure to take a look.
