Game not showing purchase.

A few days ago I purchased "Destiny 2: The Final Shape + Annual Pass" from the PlayStation Store. In the description it states that this includes both The Final Shape and the Annual Pass in this Annual Pass edition. When I go to the store in the game, under expansions. It shows I have the "Destiny 2: The Final Shape + Annual Pass" and all of the other stuff but under the box that shows "Destiny 2: The Final Shape" it is blank. Here is the problem. I am
having trouble playing any of the Final Shape stuff in the game. If it requires the Final Shape it tells me to purchase it in the store. This is really upsetting and confusing. I called Sony and they told me that the purchase went through on their end and it's not there problem. With no phone, or email support. The ticket help does not have a category that fits my situation and I don't want to do the get passed around for weeks things. It looked like this was the best place to get some real help.

Unfortunately, if that doesn't work, Bungie has no control over the licenses, so you will have to work with the store's support team to have them verify your purchase and restore any licenses as needed.
