Turns out, Paul Boyd, the director of the series was killed in Vancouver in August 20, 2007. I know this is very cOLD, but I never really found a legitment reason why the show was canceled.
Posted by: DA BEST BAMF BUTTERED TOAST!
Ah, I loved that show. R.I.P. Paul Boyd :')
-
Uhm I thought the show went on until full completion. The last episode was supposed to be Ed, Edd, n' Eddy finally being accepted by all the kids in the hood after confronting Eddy's older brother and all. It was a special actually...

I love how so many people are posting without realizing the OP is totally wrong. Danny Antonucci directed the series, not Danny Boyd.
Posted by: mamamia Hm. I never knew he died.
I always wondered why it was canceled. That was one of the best shows.

"He was hit in the fly twice, in the arms, in the side of the chest, in the face at one point." WTF @_@ -blam!- cops man...
-
Into his face and out his heart? Jeez.
-
It was also the longest running CN original show. Maybe the producers just got tired of producing?
-
Posted by: Z Blaster700 I have no idea who Danny Boyd is, but he was not the director of Ed, Edd, n Eddy. Danny Antonucci is.
This.

Hmmmm...I wonder why they stopped doing He-man.
-
That's not the director......... Danny Antonucci is
-
I always thought Danny Antonucci was credited director...

I wounder why CN cancelled The grim adventures of billy and mandy?
Some of the voice actors died.
Also wrong. Grey Delisle, Richard Horvitz, and Greg Eagles (Mandy, Billy, and Grim) are all still alive.
