Moxus, you see, sometimes hackers can just join a custom game then they have access to someone. This would mean a hacker could just walk in to your post-invite only game and do what they want. And, this could attract harrassment, if you've got them out of your party, doesn't mean they can't just join your game. And besides, Halo isn't MW2.
