Don't forget many people have moved away from the xbox to waiting for the next console or haven't got the game yet because its so close to Christmas and would rather wait. Halo Reach was released in September and those figures are 2 months after release meaning the game is currently 2 months ahead of Halo 4. Stop picking at straws and manipulating the numbers to suit.
I'm neither picking at straws nor manipulating numbers, and I fail to see why you'd think that. As for your retorts, one is a baseless assumption (why would you stop playing Xbox to "wait" for new consoles that may or may not come next year?), and the other ignores the fact of the downward trend of H4's population. At this rate, expecting H4's population to be anywhere higher in November than it is now doesn't seem grounded in reality. I'm not trying to bash H4, I think it's a great game, but the numbers simply are what they are and that's all I'm pointing out.
