No gym and no shakes.[/quote] Running is still your best bet I "got into" fitness by running. You'll notice changes in yourself within a few weeks if you're consistent with it. Look into the Couch to 5k program, it's fantastic.[/quote] -blam!- really? I can't just stay at home, do some push ups, ab exercises and whatnot?
