Advanced gestures might be cool, but not effective in a combat scenario. We found a workaround to have the party app onscreen during gameplay but that eats up a 1/3 of the screen real estate; not good. Voice is absolutely necessary, if nothing more than for the fire team. Perhaps there can be some way to invite or request chat with others. Definitely agree that there can be too many trolls causing issues if completely open..
